【Initial Selection Phase 1】
December 23, 12:00 PM ~ December 26, 10:00 AM
(1) Selection time: 24 hours without interruption
(2) Course distribution: The system will shut down on December 26 (Thursday) at 10:00 AM for random distribution of courses with enrollment limits.

【Initial Selection Phase 2】
December 30, 12:00 PM ~ 2025 January 2, 10:00 AM
(1) Selection time: 24 hours without interruption
(2) Course distribution: The system will shut down on January 2 (Thursday) at 10:00 AM for random distribution of courses with enrollment limits.

【Initial Selection Phase 3】
February 10, 12:00 PM ~ February 13, 10:00 AM
(1) Selection time: 24 hours without interruption
(2) Course distribution: The system will shut down on February 13 (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM for random distribution of courses with enrollment limits.

【Add/Drop Period After Classes Begin】
February 17, 12:00 PM ~ February 27, 10:00 AM
(1) Selection time: Daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next day.
(2) Course distribution: Random distribution for courses with enrollment limits will occur daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

【Deadline for Online Course Selection】
February 27, 10:00 AM
(1) On February 27 (Thursday) at noon, an urgent notice will be sent: Investigation form for courses that will be canceled or continued due to insufficient enrollment (please respond by March 3 (Monday) before 12:00 PM). Each course offering unit should confirm early whether courses will be canceled or continued due to insufficient enrollment.
(2) After the deadline for online course selection, if any student still wishes to add or drop courses on that day, they may use the “Late Add/Drop Application Form” (applications on that day are exempt from work-study obligations).

【Written Late Add/Drop Period】
March 3-7 (until 5:00 PM on the 7th)

Procedures for Students from Other Schools to Enroll at Yang Ming Chiao Tung University:
According to the interschool course selection schedule announced by our university, the earliest deadline from both schools will be used as the standard.
(1) Your school’s “written” interschool course selection application form (please write the Yang Ming Chiao Tung University “student ID” in the upper right corner of this application form)
(2) Online registration at Yang Ming Chiao Tung University: https://cross-college.nycu.edu.tw/ (Registration is required once each semester; there is no need to log in to select courses)
(3) Inter-university Course Selection of NYCU will starting on February 17.

If UST students want to enroll in this courses, please submit the course selection form to the respective institute. Your institute should send the inter-university course selection form to the EST office of NYCU by February 21, 2025 (Friday).
