- Authorization Method and Scope
(1) To facilitate the broad use of website data, all materials and content published on the website of the Institute of Public Health, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), unless otherwise stated, are protected by copyright. These materials are made available to the public on a free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable basis, allowing users to reproduce, modify, edit, publicly transmit, or use in any way to develop products or services (referred to as “value-added derivatives”). This authorization is irrevocable, and users do not need to obtain written or other forms of permission from the university. However, proper attribution is required when using the materials. (2) The content of faculty interviews, alumni interviews, course syllabi, and materials related to courses on the website are not included in the open authorization scope.
